- Shipping fees are non-refundable and calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location.
- Additional shipping fees may apply depending on order size or delivery area.
- If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
Return Policy
- Once you place your order with Ylights, you have the flexibility to cancel it or modify the color, model, or dimensions within 48 hours of placing the order. If cancelled within this period, you will receive a full refund.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Ylights, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of purchase, either for a refund (minus shipping fees) or to exchange it for another product.
- Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
- Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
- Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For purchases made through installment payment methods, partial returns are not accepted — the full order must be returned. A full refund will be issued, minus shipping costs.
