• Order cancellation or modification requests are accepted within 48 hours of placing the order.
• After this period, the order proceeds to production and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

* Customers are entitled to fully inspect their order before accepting delivery to ensure:
* The product is free from any damage or breakage.
* The product matches the order.
* All product components are complete.
* Once the customer confirms that the product is in good condition and matches the order, they are required to sign the delivery confirmation.

If any issue is identified during the inspection before accepting the product:

• The customer may refuse delivery without incurring shipping fees.
• The customer may choose between a refund or an exchange.
• In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be prepared and delivered within 7–10 business days.
• In case of a refund, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within 10 business days
